Blankenberge is bubbling with energy, more than ever. This seaside town is not only a family resort, but also a favourite rendez-vous for young people and a familiar meeting place for those in search of rest and recreation.

The location of the Blankenberge marina, adjacent to the town centre and, at the same time, near the dunes, is unique for the Belgian seaside and far beyond. 1,000 Yachts are moored here. Nowhere else do the sails flap as cheerfully, does the wind make the rigging sing so melodiously and is strolling so pleasurable.

The sloshing of the seawater against the timber, the sight of the white-crested waves, the rushing of the wind, the yachts sailing into the harbour and going out to sea, the dunes in the background… this must be the spot between the two palisades.
